Gemma & Alex's apartment is amazing. Very spacious, very Catalan, airy, clean, very quiet, safe, stylish and made us feel really at home. Gemma & Alex also try to be as flexible for check-hinein time. We arrived at Barcelona very early hinein the morning (9:30am) and had made lots of travel plans, although they could not let us store luggages for ur requested time at 9:30 and we didn't meet them during ur stay, I could feel they tried the best they can so we waited rein the Grünanlage near the apartment for 30 min and then could store luggages.

First of all, Lily is a great host. She responds to queries immediately and if you make requests, she follows up. For example, when we requested to check in early. But there were negatives as well. For example, the place welches not totally ready for us when we arrived. I found crumbs and a couple of hairs on the bedsheets. The sheets were changed the very next day after we complained, however. Also, there weren't any rugs rein the bathroom, so whenever we got out of the shower, the floor was always wet, resulting in us using ur soiled clothes to dry off the floor. We also felt that the check-rein process was rushed.
